Hello guys! I'm new here and a fairly new pepper lover from brazil!
So the first one my cousin got from somewhere and neither of us know what variety it is
Here it is:
Pics 1 and 2 are the same pod.
As you can see Its skin is not as smooth as a habanero and it gets brown-ish or chocolaty-ish on the top before it gets red
There are no other pepper plants near it for possible cross polinating
This second picture contains some varieties that I got from a local market as a pack, so it says "mixed varieties" and do not specify any of them.
So what I think these are:
1- Orange Habanero
2- Chocolate Habanero
3- Red Murupi (a common variety in brazil)
4- Banana (?)
5- Red Habanero
6- Brazilian Ghost or same as next
7- 7 Pot Douglah
8- I have no idea and I think there is a murupi mixed there
9- regular chilli? feels kinda heavy, like a jalapeño
10- Jalapeño
11- no clue at all and not sure if all are the same variety
Thank you all for your time! I apreciate it!
