fertilizer-nutrients cow poo soup (liquid fertilizer)

Was chatting with a friend of mine about fish emulsion & how good it was, but expensive.

She said just make up some cow poo soup & put that on, dilluted & sived cow manure in to a watering can, anyone tried it & what were the results?

We have tons of cow manure here.

not sure why you would strain it though... I would get all you can and place it around...

Both indoors & out, when i say 'indoors' i dont mean in the house rather in the greenhouse so smell is not an issue & all in pots not in the ground.

I thought making a soup would (liquid) would get the goodness right in to the roots every time i watered, or would it be to much fertilizer doing it all the time? im guess im asking how hungry are chili peppers? i know my asparagus are heavy feeders & will take the food without any trouble.
