color cp312 srtsl setting yellow pods

I have a srtsl that is setting yellow pods. They are growing the same as the regular reds. Are these off colors common and would it be worth while to grow it out next year? I'll post pics tomorrow.
 
Yeah, I would keep them and give them a try.  If you not interested in trying that I would trade you some seeds for them and give them a go.  Either way if they are yellow or revert back to red, they are a great pepper.
