I don't like coconut much, but I'll close my eyes and lean into it ...

No brewery seems to sit on my preference quite as well as they do ...

For every Cigar City beer that I like, they make 5-6 that I don't ...

I like all of the OB beer, even categories/styles that I don't normally like ...

I need to take a swipe at a big ole Columbus + Cal Ale DIPA, I guess ...

TF ... I haven't had any yet since it's come out ...

The porter there is pretty smokey, but good ... I really enjoyed cooking with it, in particular, as the pressure-cooker liquid for the pork for the wonton soup-ish ...

Man I must have the OB pipeline here. Ten Fidy was only out for about 2-3 weeks here.
That Pinner is really good too. Hop flavor is boss. The blue IPA is sh!t compared to that one imho.

Their Ruination 2.0 IPA is really good.
Lol this one was more for my wife anyway. The Deviant Dales and Ten Fidy were for me

I have not really liked commercial pale ale's, excepting the OB's ...

Maybe it's can vs glass? Not sure ...

I like Dale's Pale, G'Knight, and Deviant Dale's ...

They're either entirely, or at least primarily, a Cal Ale brewery ... so that might be the thing.

Honestly, if you like Deviant Dales you should like DFH 90 and Ruination 2.0. Remember, that I didn't even like IPAs a few months ago. Those are all in the same ballpark flavor wise.

I tried the DFH's years ago and tolerated one of the three, but can't recall if it was the 60 or 90 ...

I don't think I ever have drank as much beer as fast as when I had the DD can a few months ago ...

But tonight, I chuggalugged the hydro jar sample in the same vein ...

Wheebz's silent disapproval will guilt me into transferring it eight times and waiting a week for dry-hopping, but I really want to condense all the steps and force it and start smashing some ASAP ...
