breeding Cross breeding peppers

i have successfully crossbred some peppers................unsuccessfully.............HUH!

no idea how it happened but it did, out of 8 goatsweed plants 2 are showing signs of crossbreeding. i have what appears to be goatsweed/fresno and goatsweed/kungpao. the g/f has a pod that resembles a fresno with furry branches as does the g/k furry branches with long hanging pods.

the just of the story, all my goatsweed seed stock has been compromised and i am a anti crossbreeding person. Â now to figure out why my 2 year old dorset naga plant is producing yellow pods! they were red last year!.
