breeding cross pollinating

this is my first year to grow super hots. i have several varieties started. gonna try to keep some plants isolated this summer but when winter gets here they will all go into a greenhouse. is there any way to keep them from cross pollinating once they are all in there together?

In the search bar type isolating and you will find dozens of threads on the topic. There are great information in those threads that will answer all your questions.

You have to find a way to isolate flowers. You can cover the entire plant, separate branches or even individual flowers. What you use is entirely up to you. I use a fabric called tulle. I've done entire plants but usually just do branches. Good luck.
