I was wondering if there are any places that make custom 5 oz woozy caps? Im looking for a white tobasco cap like in this picture, but I cant seem to find them anywhere.

Does anyone use metal lids? Is the hot fill hold Process any different than when you use plastic?

I've seen several makers use metal.  The HFH process is the same. 
Have not seen the paneled caps like the picture above.  It may be proprietary like the wood caps for Cholula.
