Keep it up Denniz and you will eating supers like the big dogs. Your plants are really filling out. And to answer your question you can easlily repot that pepper as long as you don't disturb the root structure it won't phaze it:)

thanks for the info... will transplant tomorrow in the AM...

these guys get 8am-5pm sun all day ,... my question is since its being filtered... does it slow down the growth since....(not the same strength of sun)
temps can get to 90+... so what ive decided to do is open up the center in the AM and cover it up by noon giving them 4+ of sun

Love this picture!!!

I'm looking forward to hearing your review of the Jamaican Hot Chocolate. I'm growing the regular Chocolate Habs this year, and a long pod version, but I'm not sure my season's long enough to even get a harvest on them!

. Thank you for the kind words. Not my fave cucumber. Than again. This is officially my 1st year growing them. (harvested only 3 last time) so maybe I might like them. Persian is my fave so far. My nursery has a photo contest so I'll be snapping some photos to enter.

Btw had Popeyes chicken with romy's hybrid bhut 1" and halved it with a buddy tonight. Either I got a dud. Or I'm growing tolerant to them. Hahaha.

In other news. This is a text from my wife. Thought it was funny:
"I know it burns me, burns my mouth, burns my lips...the stinging sensation stays on my lips... And yet I keep coming back... Can't help it... Can't resist... I love it.. I love peppers!!!"

Dennis those don't look like spider mites to me. In my experience spider mites live on the backside of leaves and leave them with little white dots all over the topside, and in bad cases they leave webs all over the plants. They might be some other type of mite though.

Good luck with them though, pests are always a hassle. Found two horn worms on the tomatoes this week, one had eaten half of a fairly large tomato. Kind of amazing considering the relative sizes.

Definitely not spider mites. You usually need a magnifying glass to see them and they'd be on the underside of the leaves as mentioned. Did they have wings? They look like fungus gnats. Did you notice any worm-like larvae in the soil when you washed the roots? Give those dudes a shady spot for a few days and hopefully they perk back up. I would also add a thick layer of peat moss to the surface of those two pots which will help prevent another infestation. Were those plants in Kellogg soil to begin with? I had terrible gnat problems with that stuff.

FYI my Goccia D'Oro is over 4ft tall and finally podding up. Its the second largest plant in the before and after tea pics I did on my glog. The Large Yellow 7 pot I gave you is really kicking though! As is the Manzano I'm sure!

Don't remember. Only one in moisture control was the Carib. Manzano is well 1 pod. I think it's due to moving from 3 to 5#. But kicking. Only other problems I have are leaf miners. Barely any aphids and a spot or two of scales. Theyre shaded and I'll add peat moss to it tonight.

Denniz

Will keep you updated on the sickly.

Bishops is back on it's feet. Then again it had little leaves and no pods. So easy to recover. The goccio still looks the same and the Trinidad perfume not as good as well

Let's see how this makes my plants happy.

Hey Dennis plants look great hopefully the other start picking up on the recovery process. Great root mass that they develop in the aero system. Looks like your ready for some tea brewing. The plants are going to love that combination.

At long last. One of two eggs have hatched. Tons of praying mantis babies. Ear my child eat
And of all plants. It decides to be on Shane's 7pot large...protect them pods
