video D3monic Pepper Company Hot Sauce Review

So heres whats gonna happen tonight. Grilled shrimp po boys with the chili sauce and a little extra kick from some of the smoked el scorpenero flakes that D3 sent. I think this will work out well.

Glad you liked it. I use that one a lot at home. Use it as a dip more than anything. Kfc chicken, tater tots n fries, good on smoked chicken legs/thighs... I really like it on ham and mash potatoes. Heat is low enough its safe for the whole family. No matter how much thai peppers I add it doesnt get any hotter. Def going to make a amped up batch witg added supers this summer.

Wish I still had some angry jack I could have sent you. My work wife just broke my last personal boyyle about an hour ago. Fell out fridge.

The taco sauce is still a work in progress as I try to nail down a recipe. Another fairly mild sauce. Was hotter but tamed down after bottle condition

I very rarely deviate from my shrimp po boy recipe but I think this would work great with it. I got the idea from one of the Vietnamese sandwich shops by me and I recreated it at home. It's one of my wifes favorite dishes that I make so if this sucks it's all on you D3monic haha. The flavor profile is there from what I usually do but I usually make it with a little more kick so I think those flakes you sent will be perfect.

I absolutely LOVED this sauce. Probably my favorite one that D3 sent me. Like tctenten said, that stuff is like crack, lol. With the heat being kinda low, it really is a family friendly sauce. My wife totally loved it too. Was great for dipping egg rolls (or anything else fried). I even dumped a bunch into a bowl of lo mein noodles and it was slammin'. Awesome sauce, D3. You hit that one outta the park, bro

Great review, Ed!

Thanks Mike, means a lot to me. Really glad your family enjoyed it.

Be careful not to burn the sugar. There really is a lot in there. Has potential to caramelize on you. I usually add toward the end of a cook. Though maybe that will add to the flavor as well.
