You have the cheapest supply of Maple Syrup in the world! Damn You. ;-) (7€ for 250 ml here in Finland)

Take one 500ml bottle of Maple Syrup, add 6 teaspoons of smoke Bhut Jolokia flakes, 3 teaspons of Chipotle flakes. Shake... shake again... add to meat.... or chips or veg or ice-cream.

This was a drunken discovery... all the best are!

it's kinda like when I try to buy certain cd's by Scandinavian bands and they cost like 50 bucks (if you can even find them).

but if you find a way to get the maple syrup from us you can have it all.

I live in a huge maple sugar bush and I've been hoping to do a descent production of spicy maple syrups for a while now but I usually end up only making small batches for myself

Im not to far from the land of maple syrup either. I also know here in Minnesota we produce it but Im sure no where near the amount my Canadian neighbors do.

i should point out that the smokeyness of the smoked flakes does not go well with ice cream, but just normal dried flakes work well.
