Danko's Pepper Growing Glog

Ok, so here we are!

I have the following seed germinating:

Peter Pepper

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion

Yellow Buht Jolokias

Buht Jolokias

Fatalii

Aji Limon

I started germinating on 4/25/13.

One detail that I want to get your help on. As per the instructions sent with my seeds the ideal temp for them to germinate is between 80 to 87 deg F. As you can see on the pic the temp is at 81 deg which seems ideal. That temp reading was at 9pm. My problem is that I checked the temp this morning and it went down to 75 deg between the night time and morning. maybe for 5-6 hours tops. should I be worried about this or will they germinate properly. I live on PR and I thought the temp would hold for the whole day inside that room but naturally it's getting cooler from the middle of the night to the morning.

I know there's the heat mats. Should I get one?

Here are the results of the extreme rain they went trough the other day. This is just one of the few that I already threw out. Gone are some Peter Peppers and some Trinidad Moruga Scropions....

Vegas, thank you for the comment. Yeah I will go and buy one of those lights and start growing in the inside. I have a spare room with some metal racks that I will organize to put some plants there until they are strong enough to be outside. I'll get a timer too so the light doesn't have to be on the whole day and night. Although the instructions from hell peppers recommended light for 24 hours for some time and then to start mimicking day light.

So, it has been a really long time and this glog died together with all the plants that I tried to grow. But, all is not lost! I had given my father in law a few seeds to grow and finally!! I got to taste the Ghost!! Holly S***!!! is all I can say!
