Dark colored areas on Peppers HELP

It was exactly that, yeah. The day temp was 25 C and dropped to 12 C at night. 
 
For what it's worth, here in Puerto Rico the weather's been around 29 C during the day and about 25 C at night. Also, it's been hella rainy! Fruit were even more purple today. Will let you know this weekend how the plant/fruit progress.
