Datil Kill Ya

1 lb. Datil peppers
16 ounces fresh pineapple
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cilantro
Juice of 3 limes
Juice of 2 tangerines
1 can black beans, drained
1 red onion
2 teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoons salt

This is a cooked/blended sauce. Measurements are estimated but should be close.

Refrigerate.
 
hmmmmmm....Doesn't sound to bad at all.....

I would look at adding a small amount of cinnamon or nutmeg to that just to spice it up a little.....

But that's just me....
 
The black beans add to the flavor and consistency. It's nice and hot and you get that great Datil flavor with hints of black bean dip and pineapple citrus salsa ;)

You should try it.
