Is it okay to dehydrate for 4 hours then wait until the next day to finish the last 10?

Mine seem to be crispy with that nesco in 12 hours even. At 130F What temp do you dry at?
When all 9 trays are full I set my Nesco at 125. I'd just let it run rather than 4 then 10 later. The dehydrator won't burn the peppers and when grinding into powder I don't think there is such a thing as too dry.
