Vacuum packed? In food saver bags? I thought about that but worried about the powder getting sucked out as it vacuumed out the air. I like the freezer storage idea a lot. I use mason jars. Whenever I open a jar to get some out, I stick it in the microwave for about 10 seconds to heat it up and then put the lid on. As it cools the lid will pop down and vacuum seal the jar. My batches never last more than 6 months so I haven't worried about long term storage but this year I'm planning on quadrupling my plant count if not more. Need a better plan
