event Delaware AND NJ this weekend!

Hey all! Johnny and I from Heartbreaking Dawns have a big weekend coming up! Here's the line up!

SATURDAY from 11AM-5PM we will be at "Peppers" in Rehoboth Beach, DE (on Route 1) grillin up some FREE SAMPLES of various foods with our products!

SUNDAY from 11-6 HOBOKON ARTS AND MUSIC FESTIVAL in Hobokon, NJ , my sister caitlin and my friend elisa will also have their prints of their photography for sale at our booth too!

Here's a preview of the menu for Peppers Saturday......HBD 6 Star Chile (featuring 3 meats, 3 beans and HBD Classic Gold), Scallop Potatoes with our Jalapneo Pineapple and Storyville Cajun Blend, and variety of Grilled Chicken, a sweet Bloody Mary recipe and a few different baked dessert items featuring our trail preserves. It's gonna be one hell of a spread.... we'll post recipes for the above after the weekend!
 
Here's A taste of the Recipes we are doing at Peppers!

HBD SIX STAR CHILI ( 3 meats, 3 beans, lots of flavor!)
saute 3 tbs olive oil, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 2 large diced onions
add 3 lbs ground beef, 2 lbs ground pork sausage, 2 lbs ground turkey
when meat is about cooked add 18 oz tomato paste and 24 oz water
stir in 1 lb can each of black beans, red beans and pink beans.
finally add 1 cup of HBD CLASSIC GOLD HOT SAUCE, 2 tsp HBD Chili Powder and 2 small pouches of Goya Sazon
Bring entire pot to a hot bubble and the reduce to a simmer for and hour or so!

HBD GREEN CHILE POTATOES (this is about dressing up the simple things!)
Using the directions on a regular box of scalloped potatoes make these changes.
ORIGINAL RECIPE: Stir potatoes, mix, 2 cups boiling water, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tbs butter.
**HBD RECIPE: Stir potatoes, 1 small can green chiles, 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup HBD JALAPENO PINEAPPLE HOT SAUCE, 2/3 cup milk and 1 TBS butter.
Cook in an oven uncovered at 450F for 20 minutes in a baking dish.
Let Stand and season the to with HBD STORYVILLE CAJUN BLEND

The HBD “No Exit” BLOODY MARY
In a Shaker filled with ice add
1 tsp Defcon Habby Horseradish
1.5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs. HBD Classic Gold Hot Sauce
1.5 oz of your choice vodka/gin (optional)
Fill with a Vegetable Juice (tomato based.)
3 turns of ye’ old Sea Salt/Black Pepper Grinder
Line the rim of your serving glass with HBD StoryVille Cajun Blend and pour in your cocktail!
