Did my peppers flower too early?

Hi,
 
I am growing hot peppers indoor for the first time. From seeds I grew Bhut Jolokia, Carolina Reaper, and Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper plants. 
 
There is a heater controlling temperature between 75- 90 deg F. I am using red/blue LED lights set to 14 hours on 10 off. I started the seeds in a Jiffy peat moss seed started and then transplanted to a grow box that has soil suspended above a water reservoir.
 
The seeds sprouted on 12/26/15. Today (39 days from sprout) I noticed that 2 of my ghost pepper plants have several flower pods on them. The plants are still rather small and I thought they would grow larger before they started to flower. The other types of peppers have not flowered yet.

Any advice would be appreciated. Do I need to adjust the lighting schedule or heat?

Some will say to remove them from such small plants to give the plants more energy to grow.
 
IMO they probably wont set fruit and if they do it might not be true pheno due to them being immature.
 
I tend to leave my plants alone and let them do their thing when they want to.  When you try to control what a plant is doing, it usually rebels by dying.  So my opinion is just keep doing what you have been doing and leave them(the flowers) alone and see if anything comes from them.  Dont get upset if they drop.
 
peppers will automatically flower, there is nothing you need to do. if they are flowering that means they are healthy.
the plant will probably drop those early buds anyway just wait a week.
 
Yea, be happy that they're feeling frisky, healthy, and "in the mood."  IMO, there's no need to go all control freak on them!  ;)
 
Thanks for the replies. If they were outside I would naturally let them do their thing. Since I'm growing inside I am more concerned I will do something wrong. This is also my first time growing super hot peppers. I have grown jalapenos, chili, Thai and banana peppers outside before with a lot of success. The long growing season for the super hots and me being in the north east means I have to grow the super hots inside.     
 
nutrients play a role as well especially in hydro. You feed bloom nutes, you get flowers, you feed veg nutes you get more vegetative growth. Just from my experience. 
 
Those plants are pretty young. I personally would pinch off the flowers until they are outside, but that's just me. Do whatever you want!
 
I would personally pluck the flowers off until the plant matured in size a bit more.
Peppers are pretty darn hardy and I think you will be fine in what you choose to do.

I am not familiar with the different kinds of nutrients. So whats the verdict? Did you pinch off the buds or not? Seems like at least to me that the plants should do just fine whether or not you decide to pinch off the flowers.Your plants appear to be doing well.

I decided to pinch them on one plant and leave the other alone. Will see if it makes any difference.
