Difference between chile pepper allergy and normal reaction

There isn't much apparently.

Here's what I googled for allergies -

Below are some of the top and primary Chili Pepper allergy symptoms -

• Constipation
• Runny nose
• Hives
• Itching
• Redness around the lips
• Tingling in the mouth
• Lip swelling
• Throat swelling
• Tongue swelling
• Diarrhea
• Difficulty in swallowing
• Breathing problems
• Asthma
• Facial swelling
• Red eyes
• Itchy eyes
• Sore eyes
• Vomiting
• Nausea
• Disturbed sleep

I think most people get most of these symptoms. The ones I don't understand are hives, asthma, eczema,low blood pressure, and the one I truly do not understand is constipation.

One person I know, their throat swells up into an inflamed state, makes it very difficult for her to breath. As much as I am two-sided with the issue, I don't know if this is in fact true.
