Dillo's Tangerine Nightmare Hot Sauce

A few days ago I posted about my Tangerine Dream Hot Sauce (http://www.thehotpepper.com/showthread.php?t=14754). Now I cooked my Tangerine Nightmare Hot Sauce.

Here's the material:

I cut the pods to pieces and added salt, vinegar, lemon juice and brown sugar and put the casserole into the fridge cos I didn't have the time to cook immediately but I wanted to prevent the pods from wilting.

Today I pureed the mix, added pureed tangerines with the juice and some mustard. Then I cooked the puree and simmered it down. At the first moment I had the same feeling to have added too much of the mustard as I had with the Tangerine Dream because the smell of it was dominant when the sauce was boiling. But later on it faded down and combined with the other flavors very nicely. Here's the jars.
