seeds Diseased/deficient seedlings?

A couple of my seedlings new leaves are turning a really light yellow/white colour, just wondering what might be wrong! No signs of any pests in my inspections but I guess you guys lake a look and tell me what you think! The white/yellow dusting is some sulfur I applied a day or two ago.
It also seems to be that the only seedlings doing this are on the same side of the shelf I have them on, the other side is all super hots and I haven't seen any similar behavior with them. The effected plants are Trinidad perfume, aji pineapple and Trinidad pimento. You may have too zoom in on the picture to see what I am taking about! It is much more dramatic in real life.

Make sure you have a fan on the seedlings :)
You can feed them at 1/4 strength in a week or so (Only if your soil is not hot with nutes)
Really be careful about how often you water them, the yellow at seedling stage (usually) means over watered

Yes, get a fan on those seedlings, and agree - overwatering! I wouldn't bother giving them nutes just yet - they still have their cotyledons, so are getting what they need for now. Wait until the cotyledons fall off before giving them nutes, and as megahot said, only a little - even less than 1/4 strength at first.

They look good to me too! Mine looked like that but with stricter watering regime, they greened up pretty quickly, almost over night. I also used quarter strength Chilli Focus.
