Do some of these leaves look to be too bright green?

Being a new pepper gardener of course everything looks like an emergency. Comparing some of my plants some look to be a brighter green. Is this normal?

They look fine to me, some varieties have brighter/lighter leaves than others (bacatums tend to be brighter green sometimes almost yellowey). If the soil's low on nitrogen they will look a little lighter/yellower than they should, but at that size, assuming you've used commercial compost there should be enough ferts there already. old soil or soiless mixes might have this problem. be careful though on the amount if you intend to ferilise at this size.
