hot-sauce Does anyone else use Sriracha chile sauce instead of ketchup?

Do you use Sriracha like ketchup?

I would say I use it where other people use ketchup. I didn't eat much ketchup before I discovered sriracha, but I guess I have replaced most of my old ketchup eating with sriracha. I love the taste!

And yes, the lid needs improvement.

really ? I think the squirt lid works just fine for that texture of sauce.

I've seen this picture before, it seems like one of those mystical sauces that you hear of while no one sells them.
I also would love to try each of those flavors, though the lemongrass & ginger would have to be 1st then onion etc....

I have spicy Thai-Style tuna with galanga AND lemongrass...snagged for .50 a tin. ;)

But the lids seem to squirt quite a bit after you put the bottle back on the table, if you forget to close it :(
