Does it have a name?

I made some great fermented hot sauce , with the help of the forum.
I dried the solid remains of the sauce , with the help of the forum.
 
I powdered the dry stuff in my coffee grinder , my own plan.
Added a bit of salt.
 
Every body loves it ! My wife is a mild to medium hot chillihead and eats it on everything.
 
The original recipe is long forgotten , but included red jalapenos and habaneros , garlic and onion.
 
Big question : does it have a specific name?
Except : dust.
