smokers Drum Barrel Smoker Build (Pic Heavy)

I could have but I didn't know how the new smoker would do...even though it is basically the same as my other one. Also, I would rather have way too much coals instead of running out in the middle of the night and not noticing it for a few hours. With the bbq guru fan blowing it consumes more than if it was just doing its thing without it.

Yeah I agree, was just stating the obvious for the future. I did the coil method in my WSM yesterday and it burned a LONG time.
