smoking Drunken Chicken

Well I fired up the smoker. I made one of my favorites Drunken Chicken. Started by slathering the chicken the day before with seasoned butter (no pics of that)stuck a can of beer up its a$$, chopped some potatoes and onions and put it in the smoker for a few hours and heres what I had in the end:

I see you kept the neck bone in, which must trap the beer steam.
