preservation Drying Out Hop Peppers

Does Drying out Hot Peppers in the Sun Remove the Spiciness of the Pepper, Or Will it keep its intense spice after its well dryed?

no it doesn't take away any of the heat. Well I shouldn't say that, I'm sure that the heat drops as it gets further away from fresh ripe peppers, but not anything you will notice I wouldn't think. They actually seem a little hotter due to fact that they shrink in size and water weight.

depending on the pepper the cap seems to concentrate as the water content leaves the fruit
