Dying Leaf?

I have one leaf that has some dead spots on it. I can't take a good picture, so I drew one. The white spot on the left has been there a while, and does not seem to be spreading. The right spot, however, is darker and was only on the edge of the leaf a week ago, now it has spread inward a half inch or so. The tip is also blackish and crinkled. No other leafs have the spots, however some have dark tips. This leaf is one of the larger, older ones. New growth seems to be fine. Does my plant have a disease?

No, it looks like what I have drawn. There are a few pictures in the link you posted on the other thread, that resemble my problem. Maybe some sort of blight? I did buy them as big, old seedlings from a hardware store... They had a few existing holes and spots.
 
There are a lot of reasons for necrosis on the leaf margin. They can be anything from a nutritional deficiency, to fertilizer burn, to sunburn,to various diseases. Tell us a little bit more about how you're growing them, what fertilizer, if any, you're using, and what kind of soil they're in, or if they're in pots. How long have you had the plants and what size are they now? How much sunlight are they getting?
 
I could be the nutes then, I suppose. They're in hydro under fluorescent lights 18/6. I haven't been very accurate in measuring the nutrients, but so far it's been weaker than recommended. Also, both of my two plants had similar root systems when I put them in hydro, but the one with the necrosis has not grown any visible roots yet. The other one has several roots coming out of the "net pot".
 
My philosophy is to not remove them until they come off with a slight tug or by themselves. At least with other plants I've grown.
