Easy way to bottle hot sauce

I have my sauce in 5 gallon carboys and need the easiest way to get the sauce out of the carboys and  into 5 oz woozy bottles.
Usually I do this at home, but am doing 40 gallons this month and want it to go as quickly as possible. Thanks. SH

How did it get into the carboys? Sorry but just trying to envision what the process was. Did you blend up ingredients and then put in the jugs to ferment?

I used a funnel to pour the sauce in the carboy.

No, I'm not in the biz. I'm more of a consumer than anything. Although I do make small batches at home.   
 
Let me know when you have some sauce available, I would like to try it. I'm a big fan of local hot sauces, Yucatan Sunset and Lucky Dog Hot Sauce both made in Sonoma.

Is it already at a suitable pH? If so then heat it up to temp and put it in a big ass coffee kettle, you know the kind at conventions and what not, dispense it into sterilized bottles and invert and hold.

With 5 gallons of sauce to bottle while holding it at temperature to properly hot pack it id recommend you look at something like the Handy Filler.

It's a little pricy for a non professional but when you need to get 5 gallons bottled and flipped it would sure be a time saver.
