Hello the forum. I have been growing several varieties of peppers in the Pacific Northwest for several years. This year for some unknown reason I decided to plant way too many Bulgarian Carrot peppers, and now that they are beginning to ripen I needed to find something to do with them. Hot sauce! So here I am.
