So, was just chatting with my brother, who spoke to the El Pinto folks, and they are now doing complete co packing of sauces. I guess they can go from step one all the way thru a completed product, IE label design, production, scaling production, marketing, nutritional analysis and whatever else is necessary to get your product to the masses.
They make some really good salsas to be sure.
