Yes I am happy to announce that Elephant Mace Productions (my company) just got its paperwork in order and is officially starting production. Hopefully the website will be up real soon. For all you guys wanting to start your own hot sauce business,its a bhut load of work and legal fees and research. Persevere and drive on it took me 3 months to actually get started.

From what I've seen, it's a ton of work and a long process to get a chilehead biz going. Good job mate!
 
I like the name, very original.

Three months doesn't seem like all that long to wait really. Is that from conception to now or from when you started the paperwork?

Most of that time was legal and education. conception was iraq 2008
