I've always been a huge fan of Indian hot pickles
I've been helping a friend of mine who's looking into hot sauces at present and is currently travelling in the USA (hot sauce heaven) 
I'm pretty much a hot sauce virgin ........
But ive started exploring some tried Frank's Hot sauce...... hot sauce
really ! Mild tabasco like imo gave it away.
Picked up these Encona sauces firstly the Original which I've been pouring over a big bowl of roast plain chicken wings to my uneducated palate I really like the flavour particularly the "white vinegar" flavour in it the heat was excellent.
Last night I tried the Scotch bonnet sauce over chicken wings certainly hotter ! Not sure why as Original is ment to be made with Habanero so surely should be hotter than Bonnets ? But hotter it is ! Flavour wise I think I prefer the Original
The Exxxtra hot Original apparently has added ghost peppers haven't tried it yet on chicken wings to evaluate it but I will.
These 3 are easily available in my local ASDA supermarket.
Wondering how you guys rate these sauces
Also given hopefully I will be up to my armpits in Naga and other superhots, Scotch brains and Chocolate Bonnets from now on .......
Can anyone recommend any homemade recipes along the lines of Original style ??
