hot-sauce Encona West Indian Extra Hot Pepper Sauce

Well, this guy is 7/10 on heat for my palate (pallet on fire confirmed).
Made it Britain from Habs, Scotch Bonnet, Ghost, Birds Eyes & some other good stuff.
Thick, tasty, with pronounced habanero & garlic character. 142ml bottle = family size!

Hot Pepper Mash (55%) (Peppers (89%) (Habanero Peppers, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Bhut Jolokia Peppers), Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid), Water, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid, Onion Powder, Birds Eye Chilli, Garlic Powder, Mustard Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate
