Enough for a little sauce.

Picked some Red Habs and a few Naga Morrichs yesterday from my two overwintered plants.

The Thai Hot is still producing (167 pods).

Oops, strike that; about 5 of the above pods came from the Black Pearl.

YUMMY! I love those top ones! Are you going to grill them first or just blend them fresh?

I think I'll try blending this batch fresh with some roasted garlic, lemon juice, an Ann Russian tomato, salt and some vinegar from last years pickled pepper jar. Should be pretty tangy after sitting in the fridge for 3 or 4 days. :)

are those thai hots all from one plant? :O

Yup, one that was overwintered from last year. There's a pic of it around here somewhere. :)

Nice! That's gonna be hot man, how do you usually use your sauces? Top of eggs, in recipes?...

Sure, I use sauce on eggs, hamburgers, burritos, tacos, chicken... hmmm... hard to think of something I haven't used with hot sauce because I add it to what ever I'm cooking. :) I even make a dip of 3 parts sour cream to 1 part hot sauce for french fries. :)

That's a lovely crop, Surfer!

My days of eating home grown sauces are still a way off, sadly, so I'm going to enjoy yours with you...! ;)

great looking pods...they should add enough heat for all of Montgomery..
