I flushed my plants yesterday. Some leaves, mostly the ones on the bottom turned yellow and fell off. Is this normal?

Losing a few leaves won't bother the plant, just watch it for any new yellowing. All of my plants eventually lose a few lower leaves over the course of the season.
 
Never heard of metalosate products. Not sure if they sell that in the States. I checked out the web site and it all looks good. I'm sure there is a company in the US that sells similiar items.

The company that sells that brand is in the states, Utah; but I couldn't find a retail source.
