i like the jacketed tanks... are you guys using steam? if so how are you supplying it?

the de filter seems way cool... how many sq. ft are we talking about here? beer can be SOOOOO turbid... i cant help but wunder how much beer you can clarify.

i looks like the stuff was shipped on steel skids... are you removing those later or what? brewing process seems highly variable, im betting skit mounted equipment comes in handy when you make... say 10 different beers of variable styles.
do you guys have a lift or hoist or anything to move the equipment?

edit:

OOOOH yes...
ive been an amature welder for like.... 10 years. can we get some tig porn from those piping assemblies???
:P

Congrats Wheebz! Big Day!!!

Have a great time settin' up your new digs…and may it go smoothly! You'll be up and brewin' in no time!!! :)

de filter is 3 cubic meters

metal skid frames are removed already and tanks are in place, I will get a picture in a bit

steam is supplied by a low pressure boiler, good enough for a system double our size

Nice lookin stuff, and good luck with the new business!

If I could own any business it would probably be a brewery (top 3 for sure), but I'm pretty sure I'd drink too much beer to get any actual work done.

Keep us posted, wheebz!

Geeks get turned on by megabytes and codes, rednecks get cranked up about RPMs, GPR, other RPMs, beer and boobs....what do you call people who get excited by massive amounts of NSF Stainless Steel??????

Food service professionals......

(or kinky!!!  ;)  )

I admit it,  I'm jealous of the jacketed steam kettle..... :sigh:....

wheebz, please promise you'll bless the new operation by rubbing bhuts all over everything!

lovely work. very classy/professional looking .

are you guys giving tours tastings etc at this brewery? i know a lot of the small brewery here in houston do this in spades.
IDK what the muni laws are like there tho... i think as long as you serve some food you can sell beer here in houston.
