Those pods were fast as lightning... If you were alive in the 70's you remember this song by Carl Douglas. I got the seeds from Adaptive Seeds in Oregon (https://adaptiveseeds.com/product/vegetables/peppers/hot-peppers/hot-pepper-hong-gochu-large-organic). Nice pepper with heat about like a Jalapeno. There are a little over 20 pods on it right now. They seem to be stubborn about ripening, though. I've had a couple start turning red at the tip, then start to get soft like they were past ripe. The green ones have a really good flavor, though.
