This is a combination of green apples (mainly Granny Smith) and all the unripened Superhots and other Chinense varieties from this season including 7 Pot Brain Strains, Bhut Jolokias, Moruga and Trinidad Scorpions and a blend of seasonal spices. A very hot addition to pork and other white meats.
