Excess Habernos and Jalepenos

Hi Everyone
 
This year I grew some hot peppers, habernos and jalepenos. In retrospect the habernos were a big mistake. First, when I brought the plant, I found there were two and not just one. Needless to say they did very well but now I am stuck with figuring out what to do them them all. I strung some with needle, thread and from a tree to dry. But I still have over60 more and am at a loss what to do with them all.
 
I have a few jalepenos left and would like to try something different with those.
 
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hot sauce, jelly, poppers, pickled.... I had 6 jalapeño and 4 hab plants this year. Tons of pods but I am not complaining

double ziplock'em and put them in the freezer(roughly 6 months), when thawed they'll be a lil mushy but otherwise no change or dry completely to a "crackly crunch" and store in airtight containers out of sunlight/heat.(last roughly 1 year+)
  Like some other folks I like to smoke mine prior to completely drying.

Another option is send some of those pods my way!!!!! I loooooove jalapenos.  My wife cuts 'em in half, seeds them, stuffs with cream cheese and them wraps 'em in bacon. While she is doing that I twist one up and fly to the stratosphere. Have you ever eaten a jalapeno popper on weed? It's almost a spiritual experience.

Always burn my tongue but dont realize it till around 230am after I pull me cheese stuck face off the couch pillow
