Good morning,
 
I found this site to learn tips on growing hot peppers, so I had been lurking for awhile. 
 
I didn't know much about how hot peppers can really get until I visited several caribbean Islands on a cruise.  I experienced different hot sauces on that trip and I'll just say... jalapenos are nasty and pansy to me now. :P   Since then, I said I wanted to attempt tp make my own hot sauce, hence why I decided to grow them this year.  I'm happy to join the club here and show the success that I've had this year!

Cool, man! The Hot Sauce Making area here should be kicking into high gear in a month or two, once everybody starts getting big harvests! :cheers:

Side note: let your jalapeños ripen to red; you'll discover a whole new appreciation for them ;)

I didn't even know they turned red until I came to this forum!  :eek:
