Exploring Super Hots

Hello Everyone.  Discovered the forum a couple days ago and have been exploring a bit.  More of a lurker than a post monger.  Grew my first peppers this past summer, and have MUCH bigger plans for this summer.  Have made a few hot sauces and powders already, but have a lot of refining to do.  Also big in to cooking and firing up the smoker.  Looking forward to learning a lot from this site while I explore the uses of super hots.

I have room for 15 plants in my new raised bed, and have collected a number of seeds, but so far:
 
3 types of jalapenos
Cayenne
Tabasco
Orange Habs
White Habs
Mustard Habs
Scotch Bonnets
Yellow Fatalli
Choc Fatalli
Red Ghosts
Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion
Carolina Reaper
7 Pot (forget the variety)
A few sweet peppers.
 
Last year I did
Tobasco
Orange Hab
Cayenne
Jalapeno
 
 
So this year is quite a step up.
I've found I really like making sauce though, so that's where most of this is going to go towards.
