Let me guess, you ordered carolina reapers because they are supposed to be the hottest in the world.
I used to be on the "hotter the better" train at first, until I found this forum and realized there is so much more to peppers than heat. Go to the vendors section in this forum and see what people have. Order a couple mixed SFRB (small fixed rate box) from people to get an idea of the types of heat and flavor are out there. Yes there are different types of heat and several varieties are just as hot.
In any case, look at the silver lining, you got screwed on amazon but it led you here

Don't do it again. But you probably got cheap for that seeds.. This season I have ordered bunch of Reapers from pepperlover , and they all have been reapers. But just to spice things up, I have also ordered reapers from ebay... now I have Reapers, Habs, Bonets, and all kinds of Jolokias. Look at it this way, ordering something from ebay is almost always a gamble.
