Fast growing varieties

I know it is really late to be starting from seeds but I was considering starting a few more Annuums or Baccatums just for poops and chuckles. Does anyone have any suggestions for speed demon varieties to start from seed?

Last year Bulgarian Carrot was the speedster in my garden. I'm thinking about growing one in hydro to see how fast I can get ripe pods.
Do you need seeds?

cajun belles i got from seed rack only took 60 days and they grow really fast. not much heat at all though if thats what you want.

Thank you for the suggestion Nick but I think I'm leaning more towards the hot varieties.

P.S. Don't tell my wife, she'll make me grow her bells

If you like green chile, Espanola Improved and Chimayo grow and produce pretty quickly.

My fastest chilli's are usually the baccatums, especially the Hot Lemon.

It grows fast, its a pretty plant (the wife loves) and it produces alot.
