I don't know, I forgot about them and a few weeks later I found them sprouted and all dried up dead.
At least you know they sprouted.

Use GA3 @150-300 ppm.
I have some GA3 I want to try on some difficult seeds. Do you know if the sealed dry powder has a shelf life?

I've read up on storing mixed solutions but can't comment on what kind of shelf life the dry powder has. I'd imagine it is fairly long in the right conditions. I just tossed out 10g the other day and purchased more. It's pretty inexpensive.

The GA3 I ordered came in today. I mixed up a solution trying to get as close to 350ppm as possible and I'm doing a vacuum test first. I broke out the vacpak machine and sealed seeds in a mason jar under vacuum.

Any guesstimate of how long I should leave them in?

After watching and swirling the jar around I noticed that some seeds sunk but most were still floating so I waited till they all sunk and then put them in the bottle with the air pump. I transferred them at 5:30 so they were in there for 75 minutes.

I started having second thoughts on a vacuum, it works for marinating meat so I thought it would suck the solution in the seed. I noticed that the seeds that sank to the bottom would stand up with the pointed end up and had tiny bubbles coming from the seed.

I'm gonna leave them under pressure with the air pump till morning and then plant unless someone thinks leaving them in water till they sprout will be better.

I soak with diluted peroxide and then put them in the oven with the light on. Works great except when the kids decide to disregard the huge sign that says seeds, and crank it up to 350.
