LOL, so many good brews out there today especially since 2 things happened in my life. First the Army decided I needed to be stationed in Germany for 3 years and second when I got back to the states the craft beer craze started. Before I went to Germany my favorite brew was The Silver Bullet, Coors Light and Guinness. While I was there I made sure to try every style of beer there, couldn't understand why soldiers would get assigned to the land of beer and still want to drink a Budwiser. Now I still like a Guinness, especially if we go to the Irish Pub that's near here, but now I can go to Publix and pick up Gunn, Dogfish Head, Rogue, Stone, Abby Road, Siera Navada, Samuel Adams and a bunch more. When I got back I tried my first Sam Adams Boston Lager and it's pretty much been my go to brew every since. There is one though that if I'm grilling a good steak with a Baked Potato and all the trimmings I make DANG sure I have a couple on hand.
Now if I could just get a certain someone to give me an accurate "Clone" recipe for it ....

My understanding is that German Budweiser is quite good, from my German friend, who primarily drinks Warsteiner when here ...
Southern Tier did a beer called HopZen that I used to buy bomber bottles of a while back. Still miss that beer.

One of many awesome Wisconsin beers I enjoy. Definitely one of my favorites.
