SavinaRed said:I've never made jam but if I did the bishops hat would work very well with its flavor profile and mild heat. 5000-30,000. I've grown some this year that I know are hotter than 30,000. Some scoville scales have them up to 50,000 which I agree with the ones I've grown this year.
