favorite Favorite Jammin' Peppers

Do you have a favorite pepper that you use in jams?  bpwilly posted some photos on his glog of various jams, including a Blackberry-Black Congo jam that just slayed me.  So, I want to give this a go.  What peppers do you like?
 
My 2 cents (for what it is worth)
 
Black Congo  (of course!),   Fatalii,   Bahamian Goat,  Big Sun Hab,   Yellow Brain Strain,  Scotch Bonnets,  Manzanos or Rocotos,   Aji's (only tried Lemon drops so far).   I have not tried, but think that Nagabon's would be great as well.  I figure any peppers that have some heat as well as flesh thickness.  Even Reapers would work if you are careful with the heat, as they really do have a great taste before the heat shuts my taste buds down.
 
The trick is getting flavor as well as heat, which can be a fine line sometimes.
 
By asking for "favorite jammin' pepper", I'm more interested in what peppers you guys have actually used, and prefer, not so much what you imagine might be good.  Just clarifying the topic. :P
 
I've never made jam but if I did the bishops hat would work very well with its flavor profile and mild heat. 5000-30,000. I've grown some this year that I know are hotter than 30,000. Some scoville scales have them up to 50,000 which I agree with the ones I've grown this year.
 
I used red rocotos this year for red pepper jam/jelly. Made 8 jars of awesomeness. Used white wine vinegar, a little chipolte, a touch of salt.. Highly recommend.
 
I did a pineapple/scotch bonnet mix last year, it was OK flavour-wise, much too sweet for my liking though.

I personally would want a thicker-walled pepper included for texture. Unless we're talkin' about a clear jelly, that'd be cool. I might try that next year with Aji Pineapples.
 
Also, all the sweetness dulls the heat a good bit so the Bish would be VERY mild I'd bet.

the three i listed where actual peppers i have had in jams and jellies, my friend wife uses them
 
there all very yummy and not too overpowering she also used orange habanero in another recipe
