Favorite way to eat?

I've really been getting into the powder lately. Ever since I bought that coffee grinder I have been putting hot pepper powder on just about everything. I get such a different burn this way and I think the overall flavor is more thorough and more penetrating. Just wondering what is everyone's favorite way to eat hot peppers. Don't get me wrong, fresh is great, but the powder accents all my dishes better I think.

Powders rule. Pure pepper flavor and heat, no wet ingredients or other flavors. Great on anything.

A lot of times you don't want to add garlic, onion, pineapple, vinegar, whatever. I use powders more than anything.

Hot sauces are good for steaks, burgers, and sandwiches. The rest... powders.

Depends for me. I can't go without fresh peppers in certain dishes (eg. Tom yum, pho). It's the texture as much as the bursts of heat. As THP said; hot sauce for burgers and alike. I like powders too, mostly culinarily, but also as a garnish.. Like Superhot powder on chili 'taters with sour cream... Yum

I also use powder more than anything else. I'm eating some right now in a bowl of soup! Fresh/frozen pods are great, but it's just so easy to sprinkle some powder on something. No gloves, no knife, no cutting board, no clean up...
