business-legal Fermentation records

Guy uses Flavortown (one word). The more likely party to cause me problems is knuckle sandwich LLC who purchased trademark for Flavor Town (two words). But by adding the word "Farms" this will certainly prevent brand confusion and is likely to hold up before a judge.

I'm only required to record the post fermentation pH and the fermentation temp as per our SP. I do however keep more than that in my batch logs. I log Brine %, Days of Fermentation, Temp, pH and obviously what's in the FV by weight and lot #.

@ouroboros what do you use to record pH? Just getting started here and I am using 0-7 range litmus paper.

I use this Apera model, but only because I've used it for years in the brewing industry prior, so it was extremely familiar and I knew it was reliable. There may just as good options for cheaper but this is perfect for me. Can calibrate it in less than a minute and it reads within seconds of submerging.
