Finally Able to Make a Sauce This Year

So my yields have not been great this year, despite having tripled the amount of plants I'm growing (my own stupid mistakes, but that's another story).  So I decided I would get some pods from Judy so I can feed my need to sauce it up.

Ingredients:
15 7 Pot Jonah
15 7 Pot Brown
10 Jalapeno
Salt
Brown Sugar
Red Pepper Flakes (for looks)
2 Limes
1 Onion
1 Bulb of Garlic
Carrots
Apple Cider Vinegar
Water (if needed for consistency)

As you can tell, this is not a set recipe.  I just like to make sauce, not necessarily wanting to be able to exactly duplicate my results every time.

Here's a teaser pic, with the final results to come later:

Finished product!

Still needs to sit a week for the flavors to all meld together and get the final taste. But preliminary tasting has the peppers front and center (the jonahs being the dominant flavor) followed by a sweet and tangy flavor from the brown sugar and acids (ACV and lime juice). The finish is all garlic. Very tasty thus far. I can't wait to taste it once it's settled for a week.

Edit: Forgot to mention heat.  It definitely brings it!  The first taste test I did was just with about 1/4 tsp full and my whole mouth starting getting a decent burn and I could feel the burn starting in my stomach.
