I will do a thin slice. I have seen too many videos of people eating one and wishing they were dead for awhile.
Screw it, I am ordering some ripe ones online.
Once you get them, how long will they keep in the fridge? Can you freeze them?
The green ones are hot but not near a ripe one imo.. I am waiting for mine to ripen to eat them becasue I chewed up two green ones and they were like hot habaneros.. ONe is gonna be ripe in a bout a week.

freezing the peppers may induce damage but i bet it wouldent you should be fine for a couple of months in the freezer
You can reeze them but they will most likely be mushy if you defrost them since the ice crystals break all the cell walls which are what holds water and gives it crispiness. But itll be fine for cooking if used frozen.. (Freezing kills seeds though) but this is unripe so the seeds are probably not good anyway.
